Guarantee
All Canoes made by Golden Hawk LLC are guaranteed to the original owner against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year.

Warranty does not apply to damage sustained from misuse, damage from improper trailering, or accidents while stored or being transported.

The liability of Golden Hawk LLC under the foregoing warranty is limited to repair of such defects, while in warranty, by Golden Hawk LLC free of charge. Freight charges to and from the factory will be borne by the Canoe owner. Any structural changes in the canoe will void the guarantee. The Judgment of Golden Hawk LLC is final as to extent of the liability.

Cancellation, Warranty, & Return Policy
All canoes are custom-made one at a time as per customer specifications. Once your credit card transaction has been accepted or your check deposited, your order cannot be canceled or refunded. A $35.00 fee will be charged for any chargeback and returned check fees.

We reserve the right to cancel any and all sales.

Damaged goods: If goods are damaged during shipment, do not accept the shipment, and notify us immediately. We will place a claim with the freight service. We will replace the product at the carrier's expense once the claim is approved. Call +1 (715) 536-4488. Pictures must be taken and forwarded to [email protected].

All considerations will be given for replacement after any attempt for repair is deemed necessary by the manufacturer.

Cosmetic impressions or voids are not considered defects unless they are found by the manufacturer to be the cause of a failure.

All Specifications are based on data collected from past manufacturers, customer reviews, and coast guard-approved ratings. Your experience may differ. Load placement is the key to correct balancing and canoe performance.

Customer-installed accessories are not covered by the manufacturers' warranty even if supplied by the manufacturer.
